Kavita Thakkar is an internationally educated physiotherapist from India. She studied Bachelors of Physiotherapy from Gujarat University and graduated in 2018. She then completed a Diploma in Fitness and Health promotion at Durham College and currently is working as a Registered Physiotherapist.

Kavita is registered with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario as a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and has completed specialized postgraduate education that focuses on assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of pelvic floor and associated dysfunction.

Kavita’s interests lie in a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including neck/ back, hip/ knee arthritis, meniscal and ligamentous injuries , RC cuff injuries, Wrist and ankle sprains, Repetitive use injuries, foot/ heel pain. Post Surgical Rehabilitation for arthroscopy, arthroplasty and trauma patients.

Kavita is known for her ability to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to unique needs and goals of each patient. Whether it’s a new injury or chronic symptoms, she uses a comprehensive approach to reduce pain, promote healing. Kavita is dedicated to helping her patients restore function, regain independence and live their life to the fullest.

Pooja Pansheriya

Pooja Pansheriya is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with over 6 years of clinical experience helping individuals restore movement, alleviate pain, and achieve optimal physical function. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care and empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery and long-term well-being.

Pooja earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, India, in 2019. She is certified in Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy and Mulligan Mobilization and has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, postural dysfunctions, and movement-related impairments.

Throughout her career, Pooja has successfully treated a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions involving the neck, back, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and ankle. Her experience includes managing both acute and chronic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, overuse syndromes, and movement dysfunctions affecting individuals of all ages and activity levels.

Her treatment approach combines the latest evidence-based practices with personalized rehabilitation strategies tailored to each patient’s unique goals and lifestyle. Pooja incorporates a range of manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, joint mobilization, stretching, and therapeutic exercise, to promote pain relief, restore functional movement, and enhance physical performance.

Whether guiding patients through injury recovery, managing chronic conditions, or optimizing movement and function, Pooja is committed to delivering compassionate, results-driven care.
