Kalia Turdueva

Kalia is a Registered Social Worker and earned her Masters Degree in Social Work.

Kalia offers her practice to individuals with anxiety, depression, stress and burnout. She specializes in helping individuals explore ways to heal from unprocessed emotions and traumas of the past experiences, identify challenging thinking, and invite more self-care, self-compassion to their lives.

Her practice draws on many different approaches such as experiential emotion-based and body-focused therapy and mindfulness/meditation. She values the importance of the mind, body and heart connection in one’s journey to building an Authentic Self. Kalia’s main goal is to create a healing and nurturing environment where an individual feels completely safe and supported!
